Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery across mainland UK for:

Orders of £150.00 (ex. VAT) and over - FREE Delivery Next Day for orders received online before 5pm (Personalised clothing 5-7 working days)

Below £150.00  (ex. VAT) Delivery charge for plain garments ordered online is £4.50 (Personalised clothing £6.50 (ex. VAT)

Orders are sent via our couriers Parcel Force or DPD and would need to be signed for upon delivery.

Timed Deliveries - Next day before 12 and before 10 available upon request.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (Saturday Deliveries Upon Request)

We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Click And Collect

We offer free of charge click and collect service from our premises.

Orders can be collected from our premises in Hailsham, these orders will be available to collect from midday onwards the next working day

Returns

Any plain garments can be returned to our office address in original condition and packaging.

We do not offer a free returns service however we recommend sending Royal Mail Signed for which is the cheapest and most secure option.
Returns must be made within 14 of receipt of your order.
Should an exchange be required, our standard carriage charge is applied
for shipping of replacement garments.
